The proteoCHIP 12*16 product line is dedicated to multiplexed single cell proteomics sample preparation workflows for Mass Spectrometry (MS) analysis.

It enables all the front-end of the MS on the deck of the cellenONE single cell dispenser, and pooling of the samples with a quick spin in the centrifuge, for preparation of up to 576 single cells per run.

After sample preparation and sample pooling into the proteoCHIP 12*16 Funnels, the samples need to be injected into a liquid chromatography system. The proteoCHIP 12*16 Autosampler Holder Vanquish Neo enables seamless interfacing with Thermo Fisher’s Vanquish Neo LC system, for easy sample injection without sample transfer nor manual pipetting. It contains two parts: one Base to accommodate up to three Funnels, and one Top to maintain the Funnels on the Base.
