For single cells gene expression studies via 3’RNA analyses

The kit contains 4 cellenCHIP's 384 prefilled with cell lysis, RT mix, dedicated primers and is supplied with all reagents to produce ready to sequence libraries.

The kit is optimized for use with cellenONE.

There are 4 different versions of the 3'RNAseq kit, with different primers if users want to multiplex samples with up to 16 different primers on the sequencer:

• CTR-5016- 1-4: cellenCHIP 384-3'RNA-Seq Kit (Primers 1-4)
• CTR-5016- 5-8: cellenCHIP 384-3'RNA-Seq Kit (Primers 5-8)
• CTR-5016- 9-12: cellenCHIP 384-3'RNA-Seq Kit (Primers 9-12)
• CTR-5016- 13-16:cellenCHIP 384-3'RNA-Seq Kit (Primers 13-16)

Users need to be equipped with the cellenCHIP 384 Accessory Kit to be able to use 3'RNAseq Kits.
